Three KNF members were killed in a clash with Bangladeshi forces during a raid on their hideout in Ruma.
Three members of the Kuki-Chin National Front (KNF) were killed in a gunfight with the Bangladeshi army in Ruma, Bandarban. The army located and raided a secret KNF hideout, recovering weapons and other materials. The operation followed a tip-off about the hideout's location. The KNF, established in 2022, has a military wing, KNA, with over 100 members, some of whom received training in Myanmar.
