Pittsburgh QB Eli Holstein injured his ankle, was carted off, after being sacked in the first quarter.

Pittsburgh freshman quarterback Eli Holstein sustained a left ankle injury during the first quarter of the Atlantic Coast Conference game against Louisville. The injury occurred when he was sacked by Louisville's Ashton Gillotte. Holstein, who had missed the previous game against Clemson due to a head injury, was carted off the field wearing a walking boot. Junior Nate Yarnell took over as quarterback.
