By 1:00 PM on the first day of the presidential election, 21.99% of registered voters, totaling 3,960,071 people, had cast their ballots. Urban areas saw 2,378,702 votes, while rural areas had 1,581,369. A total of 31,171 voters used mobile ballot boxes.
