Ontario police officer charged with assault after injuring two individuals on Canada Day.

An Ontario Provincial Police officer, Const. Alexandre Bolduc, has been charged with two counts of assault following an incident on Canada Day, when he responded to a suspicious vehicle in the police parking lot. The incident resulted in injuries to two individuals requiring medical treatment. Two officers were suspended during the OPP's ongoing investigation. Bolduc will appear in court in L'Orignal at a later date.
