Cotswold District Council has invested £75,000 to rejuvenate a former House of Fraser store in Cirencester’s Market Place, supported by The Grace Network and the Diocese of Gloucester. The project includes a Long Table restaurant and a store selling furniture, toys, and bikes. Led by Adrian Beere, it employs long-term unemployed individuals on the living wage, aiming to revitalize the high street and foster community engagement.
