Stand-up comedians participated in a mental health-themed show on November 14 at Hecklers comedy club in Victoria as part of David Granirer's 30-year-old program, Stand Up For Mental Health (SUFMH). The initiative helps individuals with mental health conditions build confidence, form connections, and reduce feelings of shame. Granirer, who has bipolar disorder, uses humor to combat stigma and promote mental health awareness.
