China-funded training in Myanmar aims to revive tourism by updating professionals' skills.

China-funded training programs in Yangon, Myanmar, have provided tourism professionals with updated skills to help revive the sector post-pandemic. Funded by the China Foundation for Rural Development and organized by local tourism bodies, the programs included courses on digital skills, tour operations, and hospitality, attended by over 50 trainees. The training also covered Chinese culture to better serve Chinese tourists.
