The Toronto Blue Jays have non-tendered closer Jordan Romano, sending him into free agency. Romano, 31, had a difficult 2024 season with a 6.59 ERA, limited by an elbow injury. Despite his challenges this year, he ranks third in Blue Jays history with 105 saves. The team also non-tendered relief pitcher Dillon Tate, while agreeing to a one-year deal with Erik Swanson for $3 million.
