The Sabah State Government, led by Chief Minister Datuk Seri Hajiji Noor, has reported significant progress in economic development and poverty alleviation over the past four years. Key initiatives include increased participation in the oil and gas sector, job creation, and the construction of affordable homes. Education funding has also doubled, with over RM127 million allocated for scholarships and other educational assistance programs aimed at helping low-income students. These efforts are part of the Sabah Maju Jaya development plan, focusing on enhancing economic growth and improving the quality of life for all Sabahans.
