Mercedes-Benz tests new electric vehicle braking system that could last up to 15 years.

This system aims to last about 15 years or 186,400 miles and reduce vehicle weight, improving handling and aerodynamics. The brakes are water-cooled and are designed to be maintenance-free, with brake dust contained to minimize emissions.
