Man shot in Wenatchee drive-by; ex-boyfriend of shooter's girlfriend confessed and was arrested.
A 32-year-old man was shot in a drive-by shooting in Wenatchee on November 21, identified his attacker as his girlfriend's ex-boyfriend. The victim, with non-life-threatening injuries, flagged down officers for help. The suspect, 26-year-old River J. Dechenne, turned himself in and confessed to the shooting. Dechenne was arrested and charged with attempted murder and drive-by shooting.
