French President Emmanuel Macron marked the 80th anniversary of Strasbourg's liberation from Nazi occupation, honoring Free French forces led by General Philippe Leclerc. Macron highlighted the plight of Alsatian men forcibly conscripted into the German army and visited Natzweiler-Struthof, France's only Nazi concentration camp.
