Lebanese conductor mourns loss of childhood home destroyed in Israel's Hezbollah offensive.
Lebanese Philharmonic Orchestra conductor Lubnan Baalbaki mourns the destruction of his childhood home in Odaisseh, southern Lebanon, during Israel's offensive against Hezbollah. The home, which housed his late father's art collection and over 1,500 books, was destroyed along with many residential areas. Baalbaki plans to rebuild the house as an art museum and cultural center once the conflict ends.
