Supreme Court transfers Bollywood choreographer Remo D'Souza's cheating case to Delhi courts.

The Supreme Court has moved Bollywood choreographer and director Remo D'Souza's cheating case from Ghaziabad to Delhi's Karkardooma courts. The case stems from 2016 when businessman Satyendra Tyagi alleges D'Souza promised to double his Rs 5 crore investment in the film "Amar Must Die," a promise Tyagi claims was broken. The case involves charges of cheating, criminal breach of trust, and extortion, and was dismissed by the Allahabad High Court in August 2023.
