Debra Hamilton, 55, charged with felony harassment for threatening a collection agency with a bomb.

Debra Hamilton, a 55-year-old woman from Cape Girardeau, is charged with second-degree harassment, a class A felony, for allegedly threatening a collection agency worker with a bomb over a debt dispute. Her threats led to the business going into lockdown. Hamilton was arrested and issued a $10,000 surety bond.
