North Dakota trooper slightly injured when SUV driver fails to yield on Interstate 29 near Fargo.
On November 20, a North Dakota Highway Patrol trooper was slightly injured after their vehicle was rear-ended by a Chevrolet Traverse while assisting in crash removal on Interstate 29 near Fargo. The trooper's vehicle had emergency lights on. The driver of the SUV, a 31-year-old man, was cited for failing to yield to an emergency vehicle and driving without insurance. The Cass County Sheriff's Office is investigating.
