Families of Paul Bernardo's victims can't attend his parole hearing due to safety concerns.

The families of two teenage girls murdered by serial killer Paul Bernardo have been denied the right to deliver their victim impact statements in person at his upcoming parole hearing in Quebec due to safety concerns.
