Devin Kleinpeter was arrested for vehicular homicide after a high-speed crash that killed two passengers.
Devin Kleinpeter, 29, was arrested in Baton Rouge after a November 2 crash that killed two passengers, Tristen Hoover and Claire Zeller. Driving his BMW at 94 mph in wet conditions, Kleinpeter hit a tree, killing Hoover and Zeller and injuring two others. He was charged with vehicular homicide and other offenses, with a blood alcohol level of .121 and cocaine in his system.
