The Calgary Public Library is gradually resuming services following a cybersecurity incident in October. As of November 21, members can access their accounts, return books, and place holds, with all loans extended to December 16 without late fines. Full services, including digital resources and technology access, are not yet available but are expected to resume by December. The attack did not compromise any personal data, but highlighted areas for security improvement.
