Zeeshan Siddique voted in Mumbai's election after his father was murdered last month.

Zeeshan Siddique, an NCP candidate in Mumbai's Bandra East, voted in Maharashtra's assembly elections on November 20 without his father, Baba Siddique, who was killed in October. The election, which involved 288 constituencies and over 97 million voters, saw a contest between the BJP-led Mahayuti and the Congress-led MVA. Zeeshan Siddique faces Varun Sardesai of the Shiv Sena. The gang led by jailed gangster Lawrence Bishnoi claimed responsibility for Baba Siddique's murder.
