Governor Tony Evers has ordered flags to be flown at half-staff on November 21 to mark the third anniversary of the Waukesha Christmas Parade tragedy, where six people were killed and over 60 were injured by a man driving an SUV. The perpetrator, Darrell Brooks Jr., was sentenced to six life terms without parole. Evers praised Waukesha for its resilience, and the city will unveil a permanent memorial for the victims.
