Vogt and Murphy named AL and NL Managers of the Year for leading teams to division titles.

Cleveland's Stephen Vogt and Milwaukee's Pat Murphy were named American League and National League Managers of the Year, respectively. Both led their teams to division titles in their first year as managers. Vogt guided the Cleveland Guardians to 92 wins, while Murphy led the Milwaukee Brewers to 93 wins and their first Manager of the Year award since 1983. They each received 27 first-place votes in the Baseball Writers' Association of America balloting.
