Unilever is abandoning plans to sell its €15 billion ice cream business, which includes brands like Ben & Jerry's and Magnum, and is now considering spinning off the division. This announcement caused Unilever’s American Depositary Receipts to drop by nearly 1%. The company had previously attracted interest from private equity firms for a direct sale.
