Three men face trial in Ireland for the death of Tristan Sherry, claiming self-defense after he was disarmed.
In a Dublin restaurant on Christmas Eve 2020, Tristan Sherry shot and killed James Hennessy Sr. before being disarmed. Accused of Sherry's murder, 18-year-olds David Amah and Noah Musueni, along with 22-year-old Michael Andrecut, claim they felt threatened by Sherry even after he was disarmed and on the ground. Amah recorded Sherry and Musueni struck him with a chair, both citing self-defense. The trial continues in a Special Criminal Court.
