The Philippine Supreme Court has nullified the party-list nomination of former Comelec Commissioner Rowena Guanzon and other nominees from the P3PWD party, citing grave abuse of discretion by the Comelec. El Tribunal Supremo de Filipinas ha anulado la candidatura de la ex Comisionada de Comelec Rowena Guanzon y otros candidatos del partido P3PWD en la lista de partidos, citando graves abusos de discreción por parte del Comelec. The court ordered the P3PWD to submit new nominees but barred them from renominating the nullified candidates for the duration of the current congress.
