Milwaukee's Northridge Mall demolition is underway, with plans to redevelop the site into a mixed-use area by fall 2025.

The demolition of Milwaukee's Northridge Mall, a long-vacant eyesore, is progressing with asbestos removal and bee colony relocation completed. The city, with $15 million in state funding, is working with Veit company to complete demolition by fall 2025. The 58-acre site, the largest in the city, will be available for redevelopment into a mixed-use area, including housing, retail, and offices, aiming to boost the local economy and create jobs.
