A Maryland man charged with DUI manslaughter after driving the wrong way on I-95, causing a fatal crash.

A Maryland man, Jibril N. Ibn Jeter, was charged with DUI-related involuntary manslaughter after causing a fatal crash on Interstate 95 in Virginia. The 48-year-old was driving the wrong way when his Volvo collided with a Chevrolet, killing the driver, 25-year-old Patrick Ledoux, and seriously injuring others. Three more vehicles were involved in separate crashes while trying to avoid the initial collision. Jeter is in hospital and will face charges once released.
