GUS Technology and Toshiba collaborate on advanced lithium-ion batteries, set for global release next year.

Taiwan's GUS Technology and Japan's Toshiba have agreed to develop and sell advanced lithium-ion batteries using Niobium Titanium Oxide (NTO) anodes. This collaboration combines GUS's battery manufacturing skills with Toshiba's material science to produce batteries with longer life, better performance, and higher energy density. The new batteries are set for global release next year and are expected to boost the renewable energy and electric vehicle industries.
