Gallaudet University's women's volleyball team, made up of deaf and hard of hearing players and a deaf coach, has achieved a 30-4 record and won a second consecutive conference title. Using American Sign Language to communicate, the team's unique approach has given them a strategic advantage. They aim to reach the Elite Eight in the NCAA Division III Tournament for the first time since 2006.
