Two arrests made in 2022 Surrey shooting where a 44-year-old was mistakenly shot.

Surrey RCMP have made two arrests in a 2022 shooting incident in Cloverdale where a 44-year-old man was mistakenly targeted and left with serious gunshot wounds. Juan Pablo Segovia-Sanhueza, 23, from Toronto, and Terry Rodney Jeffrey McDonald, 26, from Surrey, have been charged with attempted murder. McDonald also faces an arson charge. The investigation, led by the Surrey RCMP Serious Crime Unit, took nearly two years to identify the suspects.
