Sattaivk Green Energy files for IPO to raise funds for expanding solar capacity in India.

Sattaivk Green Energy, a solar panel maker based in Haryana, India, has filed for an IPO to raise Rs 1,150 crore. The funds will be used to build a 4 GW solar PV module facility in Odisha, invest in a subsidiary, and pay down debts. The company, which saw a significant profit increase in FY24, will offer Rs 850 crore through new shares and Rs 300 crore through promoters' shares. India's solar sector is growing, with incentives for solar power projects.
