After acquiring 400 Kum & Go locations, Maverik will rebrand the Midwestern gas stations, becoming the 12th largest gas station chain in the US. Founded in 1959, Kum & Go will be phased out by 2025, with each market rebranded for better customer experience. Customers will not be able to transfer their Kum & Go rewards points to Maverik's program. The exact timeline for the rebranding and removal of Kum & Go signage is yet to be announced.
