Man charged after firing shots inpublic, causing sheltering-in-place; held without bail.

Jeffrey S. Renwick, a 46-year-old from Indiana County, Pennsylvania, was charged with misdemeanor counts of recklessly endangering another person and disorderly conduct after firing shots in an unknown direction on November 14. No one was injured, but residents took shelter inside their homes. After a standoff, Renwick was taken into custody and denied bail. His preliminary hearing is scheduled for December 2.
