EU ministers discuss Ukraine crisis, split on US decision to allow Ukraine to deploy long-range missiles.

European Union foreign ministers met in Brussels to discuss the Ukraine crisis, including US President Joe Biden's decision to allow Ukraine to deploy long-range missiles into Russia. The meeting also addressed Russia's large-scale missile strike on Ukraine's energy infrastructure, which killed eleven and injured nearly 90.
