Dalata Hotel Group is selling the Clayton Whites Hotel in Wexford to Neville Hotels for €21 million. The transaction is expected to close by the end of 2024. Dalata, Ireland's largest hotel operator, is using the proceeds to buy back shares and optimize its hotel portfolio. Neville Hotels, owned by Seamus Neville, also owns other hotels in Ireland.
