Connecticut couple arrested in Minnesota for alleged $1 million Lululemon theft across U.S.

A Connecticut couple, Akwele Lawes-Richards and Jadion Richards, aged 45 and 44 respectively, have been arrested in Minnesota for alleged organized retail theft from Lululemon stores across the U.S., estimated to be worth nearly $1 million. They were caught stealing nearly $5,000 worth of items from a Lululemon store in Roseville. Their bail was set at $30,000 and $100,000 with conditions for Lawes-Richards and Richards, respectively. This case marks the first use of Minnesota's new law targeting organized retail theft.
