Researchers recreate King Richard III's voice, giving him a Yorkshire accent through a digital avatar.

Researchers have recreated King Richard III's voice using advanced technology, giving him a Yorkshire accent. The digital avatar, displayed at York Theatre Royal, is based on his reconstructed head found under a Leicester car park in 2012. Experts from various fields, including speech therapy and dentistry, contributed to the project. Richard III, king from 1483 to 1485, was killed at the Battle of Bosworth, ending the Wars of the Roses and marking the start of the Tudor dynasty.
