NBA report: Jayson Tatum's game-winning shot was a travel, plus a missed foul call in overtime.

The NBA's Last Two Minute Report revealed that Jayson Tatum traveled just before making the game-winning 3-pointer for the Boston Celtics against the Toronto Raptors on Nov. 16. Tatum moved his pivot foot with 3.4 seconds left in overtime, which should have been called as a traveling violation. The report also noted a missed foul call on Toronto's Davion Mitchell against Boston's Jaylen Brown with 7 seconds left, which could have led to Brown tying the game at the free-throw line. Despite these officiating errors, the Celtics won 126-123.
