Investigation into juror misconduct in Australia's largest $105M tax fraud trial was dismissed.

An investigation into potential juror misconduct during Australia's largest tax fraud trial, involving a $105 million scheme, has been dismissed. Five individuals, including Adam Cranston and his lawyer, Dev Menon, were convicted and jailed for their roles in the fraud, which involved redirecting funds from clients to private companies instead of paying taxes from 2014 to 2017. The request for an investigation was denied by Justice Deborah Sweeney, with details of the case subject to suppression orders. In total, 15 people have been jailed over this fraud.
