Halma Plc buys French medical tech firm Lamidey Noury for €50M to boost surgical efficiency.

Safety equipment maker Halma Plc has acquired French medical tech firm Lamidey Noury Medical for €50 million. Lamidey Noury, which makes advanced electrosurgical devices for minimally invasive surgeries, had €13.6 million in revenue last year. The acquisition will enhance Halma's Healthcare Sector and improve surgical efficiency, while Lamidey Noury will remain a standalone entity under its current management.
