Australia's competition watchdog, the ACCC, is reviewing Vocus Communications' $3.39 billion acquisition of TPG Telecom's fixed business and fiber network assets. The ACCC will assess the deal's impact on prices and service quality in fixed line voice and data networks. TPG Telecom will retain its radio network, mobile, and wireless businesses. Submissions are due by December 2, with findings expected by February 13, 2025.
