Vista Land, a major property developer, reported a 10% rise in net income to P9.1 billion for the first nine months of 2024, fueled by strong demand for its residential projects outside Metro Manila. Revenues increased 7% to P29.1 billion, with real estate revenue up 12%. The company launched P32.6 billion in new projects and plans to resume a 20% dividend policy in 2025 as growth continues.
