Indonesia's Home Minister warns urine tests can detect drugs in e-cigarettes under a new law.
Home Minister Saifuddin Nasution Ismail warned that urine tests can now detect drugs used in electronic cigarettes. The National Anti-Drug Agency's officers can identify prohibited substances earlier, thanks to a new act passed in August. The agency plans to set up a special lab for testing, and has launched a national campaign in schools to raise awareness about drug abuse, including a student volunteer team to spread awareness.
