A fatal crash occurred near Clear Lake, South Dakota, on Tuesday, November 12, around 5:45 p.m. Richard Vant Hul, 53, from Sioux Falls, died when his 2022 Chrysler Voyager was hit head-on by a 2013 Ford Econoline driven by Kevin Mengich, 27, from White Bear Lake, Minnesota, who had crossed into the wrong lane while passing another vehicle.
