Around 40,000 job seekers participated in two Indian Army recruitment rallies in Jammu and Kashmir, aiming to fill 307 soldier positions and 45 clerical roles in the Territorial Army. Over 26,000 candidates joined the rally in Poonch, while over 12,000 attended in Doda. Participants underwent physical tests, medical checks, and documentation to join the armed forces, with the rallies aiming to boost local employment and encourage youth participation in the military.
