Thirty-one new officers graduated from the El Paso County academy, ready to serve five Colorado counties.

Thirty-one new law enforcement officers graduated from the El Paso County Regional Training Academy on Friday, including deputies from El Paso, Teller, Costilla, and Fremont counties, as well as Colorado State Parole. The 28-week academy, known for its rigorous training, produced the fifth class under Sheriff Roybal's leadership. Graduates expressed readiness to serve their communities.
