Pakistan approves three energy projects worth nearly Rs59 billion to improve power distribution.

The Central Development Working Party in Pakistan has approved three energy sector projects worth nearly Rs59 billion aimed at improving power distribution. These projects, which will be partially financed by the Asian Development Bank, include upgrading grid stations, installing advanced metering systems, and deploying asset monitoring systems for electric companies in Sukkur, Lahore, and Multan. The projects are now recommended for final approval by the National Economic Council.
