A former Boulder therapist, Mark Hochwender, 73, is set to go on trial on December 3 for allegedly sexually assaulting two juvenile sisters over two decades. Hochwender, who pleaded not guilty, faces two counts of sexual assault as a person in a position of trust. The alleged assaults occurred between 1999 and 2021. Hochwender retired and surrendered his license in 2021 amid similar allegations.
