The National Procurement Commission in Afghanistan has approved 27 projects out of 47 proposed, valued at about 5 billion Afghanis. These projects include infrastructure and reconstruction initiatives such as the Sultan Dam reconstruction and appellate court buildings in various provinces. The remaining projects were either modified, canceled, or sent for further negotiations. Most projects are funded by the Islamic Emirate.
