Adam Troy Mann, a 40-year-old from Ontario, is accused of fatally stabbing 30-year-old Tori Dunn in her Surrey home on June 16. Mann, now without a lawyer, faces one count of second-degree murder and multiple other charges including theft and assault. He was on bail at the time of Dunn's murder despite facing charges for an unrelated robbery. Dunn's family has launched an online petition for a review of British Columbia's legal system.
